For the withdrawals, the voter fatigue & incentives mismatch between the DAO members and capital suppliers. I think we need to separate the DAO from the buckets - the DAO can keep a more strategic role (voting on the directions, tokenomics, etc.) and the buckets would be deployed and managed independently by people/teams who will be focused on that, the bucket managers will make sure the different stakeholders involved in their buckets have the best user experience possible.
